  My wife, my son and family solicitor went to Dagenham East police station on Sunday 24/09/2017. Up till now there has been any report on the system of our visit. Left is not communicating with right.
  
  Officers precious time are been wasted . It took three officers to re visit again only to find out that our visit has not been documented
  
  It's sad and I feel sorry for the officers as they were not impressed with service that their colleagues are providing to the community

  I visited the above police station to report that an elderly lady had been bullied into parting with £60 for knives being sold on the street door-to-door. I had seen these people on Sterling Industrial Estate.
  
  The reply I got was, 'yes we know they are operating in the area, so if you see them again, ring 999 or 101. That's not to say a police officer will be there straightaway'. How many more people have been bullied into parting with money this way. There was not even an offer to go and see this lovely lady.
  
  Pretty disgusted.
