  Terrible Late Service, impolite unintelligible driver, from another company that seems to have swallowed up local Private Hire companies and offices and formed some sort of Mini-Cab Mafia.
  
  I Phoned ESSEX Cars and booked at 09:25 for a car to pick up at a 5 to 10 minute drive from their office going to an address back just around the corner from their office. I received a confirmation text from ALPHABET Cars saying car will be with me soon. I then received 2 calls from the driver and made 1 call to him trying to get him to my address, but he was very difficult to understand on the phone (not EaFL) and seemed totally lost. Finally he arrived near my pick up address. he actually stopped about three houses along the road, although I had told him on the phone I was waiting at the door and there was a space for him outside. He then waved from within the car for me to go to him, not ideal as I had several bags, that's why I did not go by bus. He did not even open the boot , let alone actually get out of the car to help, then proceeded to tell me my postcode was wrong, I had not even been asked for, or given a postcode when booking, this was obviously just a pathetic excuse for his inability to do the job.
  The destination was to one of ESSEX Cars regulars who says they treat her very well, and was used at her insistence and payment, but despite giving the destination address at the time of booking I was given very shoddy service.
  As a consequence of this late arrival I will now run late all day, instead of having some extra time to spend with her on her birthday.
  This is the second time in a month I have needed to use a local Private Hire Company and found it has been absorbed into the ALPHABET Cars Mini-Cab Mafia, and the service has been disappointing.
  I would like to just never use them again, but it is difficult when they keep other companies trading names.
  Just to prove themselves total ar5e5, they send a text at the end of the journey asking for a review reply, what waste more time and the cost of a text on them? I think NOT.
  The minimum setting to be able to post a review appears to be 1 star, otherwise I would leave that part blank, as they used up so much of my patience and time, the rating should be minus 1.
